  • Hydrolysate: Many whey protein hydrolysate brands only have around 30% of protein content. Although there are those that spike at around 90%, most of them are lower. In fact, it has the least amount of protein among the three. What makes whey hydrolysate effective though is the fact that it gets absorbed much faster than other types. Despite having a lower protein content, it has a 28% to 43% greater insulin spike than whey isolate.
