DELIVERY AND RETURNS

  1. Can I return a Smart Protein item if I don’t like it?

    All products purchased from SMART PROTEIN are covered by the SMART PROTEIN Quality Guarantee. If you don't love the product, return it within 14 days for a full refund. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.

    If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, although if the goods have been delivered these will need to be returned first. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

    In the event we agree to the return of a product, the product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition. Heat seals must not be broken.

    To cancel/return an order, please contact our friendly help team:

    **Please note, in order for us to create your refund you are required to send your tracking number to returns@smartprotein.com advising us of your returned package. Failure to do so may result in a lengthy refund delay while we investigate the location of your returned goods.

  2. Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend any orders once placed.

  3. How long does delivery take?

    We use Hermes tracking 48 hour delivery on all orders.

  4. How can I find out where my order is?

    Track your order with the tracking number in your order confirmation email. Any queries please contact : hello@smartprotein.com and a team member will be happy to help.

  5. An item in my Smart Protein order is damaged.

    We endeavour to get all products to you safely. In an event where an item has been delivered to you damaged , we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at hello@smartprotein.com with your name , order number and an image of the damaged product. We will work with you to ensure that any damaged items are replaced.

  6. An item in my Smart Protein order is wrong.

    In the rare event that you’ve received an incorrect item in your order, please email our customer service team at hello@smartprotein.com with your name, order number and the name of the product you’re missing and a member of our hello team will come back to you to arrange the correct replacement.

  7. Which countries does Smart Protein currently ship to?

    We currently ship to the UK and US but we’re working on getting everyone access to Smart Protein. To be the first in the know of new country launches , sign up to our newsletter for announcements coming soon.
